| The
Ontario Ironworkers/Rodmen Benefit
Plan Administrators Corporation was established
in 1989 to provide the administrative services for the health
and welfare and pension plans for the ironworkers and rodworkers
in the Province of Ontario. The Administrator provides these
services for ironworkers and rodworkers in the jurisdictions
of Windsor, Sarnia, London, Hamilton, Ottawa, Thunder Bay, Sudbury and Ste.
Sault Marie as well as for ironworkers in Toronto. The Administrator provides similar services for
the rodworkers in Toronto. |

| The
Administrator employs a staff of fifteen people who provide
the administrative services for more than 5,000 active and
retired ironworkers and rodworkers and their families. The
Administrators' duties include the collection of employer
contributions on behalf of the ironworkers and rodworkers
employed in Ontario, the adjudication of extended health,
vision, disability, dental, emergency out-of-province medical
life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.
In addition the Administrator provides for the adjudication
and payment of pension benefits. |

In
1993 the Administrator moved to it's present location at 111 Sheppard
Avenue East, North York, Ontario M2N 6S2. Located along Toronto's subway
system in the heart of North York, the office is conveniently situated
for easy access by all. The building is an investment made by the Ironworkers
Ontario Pension Fund and the Administrator occupies the entire 12,500
square foot, two story office building. |
